I've come up with the most delicious recipe for keto brownies (now available to purchase)! They're super moist and you can barely tell it contains no sugar. Since I am a chocolate fanatic and one of my favorite desserts is no other than the classic cheesecake, I decided to mix my two first loves together to make a delicious brownie cheesecake. You know I'm all about simple, quick desserts that even a non-baker could make, so this recipe is super easy to follow and you will need minimum ingredients to make it. My brownie cheesecake recipe is below! Enjoy!
1 Pack of SugarLess Keto Brownie Mix
10 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 cup Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Erythritol
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
First, make the brownie batter. Mix the SugarLess Keto Brownie mix, butter, and 2 eggs in a bowl until batter is smooth. Set aside.
Next, make the cheesecake batter. Mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, erythritol, and 1 egg in a bowl.
Pour the brownie batter into a 9" baking pan and spread the batter evenly.
Next, pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie batter to make the second layer. Spread the cheesecake batter evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is firm
Cool for 15-20 minutes before serving.
