Sugar Free Whipped Cream

I love love love fresh whipped cream! I've never been fond of using cool whip because or any cream from a can because its so easy to make it on your own and the taste is out of this world. Making sugar free whipped cream is exactly the same as making whipped cream with regular powder sugar. The only difference is that the powdered sugar is replaced by powdered erythritol. You only need 3 ingredients and a hand or standing mixer. Once you ace this recipe, I promise you will be throwing whipped cream on everything. The directions are below!

Ingredients

1 cup of heavy cream

2 tablespoons of powdered erythritol (the brand I use/prefer is Lakanto)

1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Directions

Add all ingredients into a bowl

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium high speed,  whip the ingredients in the bowl until the mixture starts becoming thicker and forms peaks. It usually takes 6-8 minutes to start forming peaks.

Once you have gotten the perfect consistency, top on any cake or dessert of your choice!
